Practice with me in my live-streamed and studio classes. All of my classes are inclusive and aimed at all levels/mixed abilities, whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned pro there will be something for you in these classes.

TUESDAY ( 18:30-19:30 )

Class Description

A 60min vinyasa flow in the studio to get your energy flowing and breath to movement to get out of your mind and into your body. Be prepared to move with fluidity and leave your mat with a feeling of clarity and calm. This class welcomes all levels, where verbal cues and adjustments to varied pose options are always provided. Please bring your own yoga mat.

THURSDAY ( 7:45-8:45 )
SUNRISE FLOW (live-streamed)

Class Description

A 60min gentle sunrise flow to keep you going to the end of the week. Begin the day with me as we salute the sun with Surya Namaskara (Sun Salutations), absorbing all of its glorious energy. Gently wake up the body & find a sense of calm to carry with you through the day as we soften into the body and release tension in the muscles and joints. All levels welcome in this practice. Options are always provided and this practice is a great introduction for anyone beginning their yoga journey.

Private Classes

I offer private 1:1 sessions if you feel overwhelmed by group classes or are looking to focus on your alignment.


After a catch up to get to know you and discuss your specific needs, I will tailor our sessions based around what we have discussed to ensure you get the most out of them. These classes are a great way to focus on your needs, whether you are working with an injury, want to take your practice to the next level or just want to practice in the comfort of your own home.

Costs + Availability

I am currently available for both virtual and in-person 1:1 sessions which are costed at £50 for a 1 hour session. Alternatively, you can book a block of 4 sessions with a 10% discount for £180.


I also offer private sessions with up to 3 additional people in your home, for an additional £10 per person


Wedding Day / Event Yoga

Whether you’re the bride or the groom, your wedding day can be incredibly stressful. Focusing on the breath, calming the mind and moving the body with your groomsman or bridesmaids can be a good way to relax the nerves for the day ahead. So why not let me guide you through a private class wherever you are getting ready at home or at your venue, to clear your head before popping opening the champagne and taking on the excitement of your wedding day!

I am based in South West London, so wedding day classes are limited to London and the surrounding areas. Please get in touch to discuss location.


All session are priced at £100 for an hour session. We will discuss your needs for the session prior to the day.


Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra or sleep-state yoga is a form of meditative relaxation used to calm the body and mind or aid with sleep. It can be as restorative as sleep, while remaining fully conscious. In a yoga nidra session, whilst lying in any way comfortable, you will be guided through a few steps, to help induce a feeling of calmness to the body and mind.
This practice is including but not limited to:
  • Setting a Sankalpa (present-tense intention or goal)
  • Body awareness
  • Breath awareness
  • Emotional awareness
  • Visualisation
  • “Waking up” or re-integration

This is a great exercise to do if you are feeling stressed, anxious or struggling with sleep.

Pregnancy Yoga



I am so excited to be able to bring you pre and postnatal yoga classes. Absolutely anyone can join, whether you are new to yoga or a have a strong practice. During pregnancy, your body is going through so many changes to accommodate the growing baby inside of you. Hormones take over, the joints soften, and many women experience discomfort of all sorts including shoulder and back pain, pelvic girdle pain, emotional distress, anxiety and water retention – to name just a few.


Pregnancy yoga helps to alleviate these symptoms and encourages you to connect with your baby, through gentle movement (suited to your ever-changing body and where you are in your pregnancy) and gives you the tools to practice pranayama (breathing techniques) to calm your mind. The breathing exercises we do in this practice will also aim to bring your awareness inwards, and by practicing these, you will feel more prepared than ever to give birth.


I believe that YOU, as a women should feel empowered and amazed at the incredible task of carrying and birthing a baby and you should be celebrated! Mum-to-be, you are a GODDESS and I would be incredibly honoured to be a part of this journey with you as explore your changing body, slow down and connect with your baby.

Who is this class for?

You can start join our pregnancy yoga classes from 12 weeks right up until birth. 

Beginners Course

A six-week course (one class a week) in which you will learn the the basics of yoga and develop the foundation blocks of your practice. This is great for the brand new yogi who would like to become familiar with the poses and their names, or for anyone that feels that diving straight into a mixed level class may be a bit overwhelming.


In this light-hearted and informative course you will get additional support, enhanced verbal cues and a brief understanding of yoga philosophy and why we practice.

A daily meditation practice can re-programme the alpha waves in our brain to encourage us to let go of the unhealthy thought patterns that create anxiety and stress. Meditation can help you to feel more grounded, relaxed and in tune with the Self (our consciousness), leaving us feeling more aware of who we are, calm and able to take on this crazy life in which we live.
